Xi Zhou is a highly experienced dispute resolution practitioner who surpasses peers with his work in product liability litigation proceedings.
Mr Zhou started practising law in 2002 and is now a partner in the dispute resolution department of Baker McKenzie FenXun. During his 15 years of practice as a trial litigator in court, he represented a number of multinationals and large domestic companies in complex commercial litigations. He is experienced in organising and implementing litigation strategic plans, and the major types of cases he covers include trade secrets infringement, product liabilities, contract disputes, corporate equity disputes, and anti-commercial bribery government investigations.
