Wilhelm Moll is a well-established figure in the German market who sources note for his vast experience handling labour law and pensions-related matters.


Wilhelm Moll is a senior partner in the employment and labour law team of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. His areas of practice include acquisition and restructuring of enterprises and plants, outsourcing, single dismissals and massive lay-offs, employment contracts, pensions, co-determination, collective bargaining agreements and all issues regarding works council matters. He is fluent in English and German. 

Wilhelm Moll studied law at the universities of Marburg and Cologne and obtained a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Cologne in 1977. He received a Master of Laws in 1981 from the University of California at the Berkeley School of Law. Having worked as an assistant professor in the Institute for Labour Law and Law on Economy and Trade of the University of Cologne, he joined the legal profession in 1982.

Wilhelm Moll is the author of a number of monographs and numerous law review articles and the editor of Münchener Anwaltshandbuch Arbeitsrecht. He is a lecturer at the University of Cologne and lectures at various seminars and conferences.
