Wendy Shapss is a senior managing director at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. She is co-leader of the global insurance services practice. She is also the leader of the FTI Women’s Initiative New York chapter of over 250 women. Ms Shapss has extensive experience in complex insurance and reinsurance matters, working for domestic and international insurers in arbitration, mediation and litigation. She has provided expert testimony in purchase price dispute arbitrations and has been directly involved in numerous litigation matters related to internal controls surrounding revenue recognition, allocation of expenses, reimbursement policies, recovery of rebates and credits, and reward programmes.
