Wendell is a highly respected civil and criminal lawyer and co-head of Drew & Napier’s investigations practice.
Wendell was a deputy public prosecutor with the Attorney General’s Chambers from 1997 to 2000. His civil-commercial practice includes contracts and commercial disputes; shareholder and director disputes; medical negligence; product liability asset recovery; and local/cross-border arbitration work under SIAC and ICC Rules. Wendell has also appeared as a lead counsel in the Singapore International Commercial Court. His criminal practice focuses on commercial and business crime; fraud; securities; corruption; corporate governance-related offences; and investigation work.
Wendell also regularly engages in regulatory and compliance advisory work, including anti-fraud and anti-bribery investigations work for multinational and listed companies.
