He is a planning and scheduling expert with extensive experience in prospective planning and project controls and risk analysis, as well as delay analysis and forensic planning and scheduling. In addition, Walied has solid experience in assessing delay damages.
Walied has provided expert advice and expert witness services to contractors, subcontractors and project owners on various complex construction projects in the Middle East and the Americas.
