Viktor is the managing partner and one of the founders of Svalner in Stockholm. Viktor heads Svalner’s real estate team and is one of the leading tax advisers in Sweden, his main practice area is the real estate sector. Among his clients are several leading groups and investors in the sector, based both in Sweden and abroad. Outside the real estate sector, he frequently advices banks, private equity firms and funds in other corporate tax matters.

Viktor received his LLM from Uppsala University. He works in Swedish and English and has published various articles in different tax magazines.

Viktor is also a well-known and respected lecturer in tax matters at universities as well as conferences and seminars.
