Biography

Ulrike Gantenberg is the founder of Gantenberg Dispute Experts and highly recognised in the field of dispute resolution, in particular for national and international arbitration. She acts as counsel and arbitrator in complex litigation and international arbitration proceedings (ad hoc, DIS, ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC etc.), most notably on post-M&A, corporate/licence, construction, energy and investor-state disputes, and as counsel in DAB proceedings. 

As a qualified German lawyer with experience working in France, Ulrike Gantenberg is dedicated to international work due to her international clients and her global network. Besides German, she speaks English and French fluently. Her vast experience as arbitrator impacts her quality of counsel work. Ulrike combines technical expertise with strategic advice to pursue or defend claims on behalf of her clients. For more than 10 years, she had also advised on mergers, corporate and inter-group (re-)structuring. She frequently speaks and publishes on issues of international arbitration and international private law.
