Biography

Ulrike Gantenberg is a partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, an independent full-service law firm with more than 400 lawyers, tax advisors and notaries providing legal services across eight offices in Germany as well as an office in Zurich. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is one of the major commercial law firms in Germany. Ulrike Gantenberg's areas of practice is dispute resolution (litigation and international arbitration). She is one of the leading partners in the firm's dispute resolution practice. As a qualified German lawyer with experience of working in France, Ulrike Gantenberg is particularly dedicated to international work. As well as German, she speaks English and French fluently.

Ulrike Gantenberg acts as counsel and arbitrator (sole arbitrator, chair and co-arbitrator) in international arbitration proceedings (ad hoc, DIS, ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, etc) and litigation, on post-M&A, corporate, licence and construction disputes regarding turnkey and energy projects; as counsel in DAB proceedings; and as arbitrator in investment treaty proceedings.
