Thomas P Müller is a partner with Walder Wyss. He advises Swiss and international corporate and public sector clients in all aspects of real estate and infrastructure law (project development, realisation, commercial leases, real estate transactions, financing), in the healthcare sector as well as in respect to the cooperation of the private and the public sectors (public-private partnership, public procurement, privatisations). Thomas Müller is a lecturer in the master’s programme on administrative law at the University of Basel and a member of the experts’ forum of PPP Switzerland.
Thomas Müller was educated at the University of Basel (lic iur, 1990; Dr iur, 1996, summa cum laude) and completed his studies as a certified specialist (SBA) in construction and real estate law. He has working experience as a law clerk (district court of Laufenburg, administrative court of the canton of Argovia); a research and teaching assistant, and lecturer at the University of Basel; and an attorney in an Argovia and a Basel law firm. He regularly publishes and speaks at conferences in his fields of expertise.
Thomas Müller speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Bar Registry and admitted to practise throughout Switzerland.
