Terry Kim is described by peers as “the go-to lawyer in Korea” for franchise matters. He is well versed in advising on inbound franchise work as well as regulatory issues arising out of registrations.
Terry Kim is a partner (foreign legal counsel) in the Seoul office of Lee & Ko. He devotes his practice to franchising and distribution matters, in particular international franchising, licensing and distribution transactions.
