Stephanie is a partner in De Brauw's competition & litigation team and works from De Brauw's offices in Brussels and Amsterdam. She is a skilled competition lawyer and litigator with over ten years’ experience practising not only in Brussels and Amsterdam, but also in New York. As a trusted advisor, Stephanie counsels clients on a broad range of European, Dutch and international competition-related matters, building on her experience representing multinational clients before the European Commission as well as Dutch and US authorities. Stephanie has built up extensive skills and knowledge in transactional competition matters – winning clearance for complex remedies across the globe and acting as lead counsel in the coordination of many international merger filings. Stephanie has handled a variety of sensitive investigative matters concerning competition law and anti-money laundering controls. She also appears regularly before the Dutch courts in high-stakes multi-jurisdictional antitrust damages litigation and represents clients before the European Court of Justice.
In 2018/2019, Stephanie was on secondment at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
