Sohan Sidhu is a partner in the immigration team with over 20 years of experience in UK immigration, nationality and EU free movement law. He advises investors, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals, and acts on behalf of many UK companies and start-ups. He has a diverse client base across such sectors as pharmaceuticals, education (including a leading Russell Group university), healthcare, horse racing, fashion and professional services. Advising companies in compliance-related matters, he has had considerable success with complex sponsor licence applications. Sohan regularly represents clients that have been issued with civil penalties; he has also represented businesses that have had their sponsor licences suspended, managing to have suspensions overturned with the sponsor licence subsequently reinstated.
