Scott Yu is a senior partner co-heading the corporate and competition practice group at Zhong Lun. His practice covers all aspects of anti-trust and competition areas in China.
Scott has been acting as a leading anti-trust/corporate counsel in a number of mega-sized global M&A and joint venture transactions (including over six mergers involving remedies in China for transaction parties and/or for monitoring trustees), high-profile enforcement and private actions, advising leading multinational companies on various issues with implications to strategic planning and/or commercial operation. His clients include industry leaders across different sectors, including automobile, chemical, electronics, ICT, manufacturing, mining and retail.
Scott has experiences of studying and working in Europe, Hong Kong and the US, which enabled him to develop knowledge and skills in working for clients with different cultural backgrounds.
