Rogier is a founding partner of Swiss FTS and leads the e-discovery practice in Switzerland and Singapore. He has been working in different IT fields since 1998 and holds an engineering degree in communication technologies and informatics. In 2008, he began specialising in e-discovery and IT forensics. He has a profound understanding of all aspects of the E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and is a relativity certified administrator.
Rogier has both managed and worked directly on Swiss and international e-discovery projects, helping multi-billion dollar companies deal safely and effectively with some of their most challenging junctures: data theft, intellectual property theft, fraud, corruption, employee misconduct, sabotage and embezzlement. He has worked on these issues for law firms and corporates (including major financial institutions) in Switzerland and around the globe.

He has built flexible systems that allow clients to combine and cross-reference unstructured data with structured data. The systems he has built result in giving the client a custodian-centric, 360 degree view of the data investigation.
