Ricardo Guevara Bringas is a Peruvian lawyer focused on investment law, international contracts, real estate, and immigration. He has more than 20 years of experience advising foreign groups, companies and individuals who invest and do business in Peru. Ricardo with his team of Peruvian lawyers assist international immigrant investors, employers and employees with labor and “designado” visas, as well as “rentista” visas and citizenship matters.
Ricardo holds a double degree as a lawyer in France and Peru, postgraduate degrees from prestigious universities in Peru (PUCP), France (Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne), England (Bristol) and has performed negotiating courses in the USA (Harvard Negotiation Institute). He is a founding partner of RGB Avocats. He has been a professor of contract law, comparative law, business law and foreign investments at various universities in Peru and abroad.
