Regina Glaser is an employment and labour law partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Her areas of practice include restructuring and reorganisation; privatisations and human resources-related measures such as employment contracts, pension and social plans; individual and collective bargaining; works council aspects; and individual and mass lay-offs. She advises German and foreign companies on all areas of individual and collective employment and labour law. 

Regina Glaser studied law at the University of Cologne, and was admitted to the German Bar in 1997. Since 2005, she has been a partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Düsseldorf, and holds a leading position in the firm’s employment group. She is experienced in advising executive employees, managing directors, and company board members. She can solve complex issues, handle employee assignments and help multinational firms with every type of legal problem. She is fluent in English and German, and can be relied upon to assist with national and multinational issues.

Regina Glaser is a member of the American and German Bar Associations; co-chair of the International Bar Association’s diversity and equality law committee; and a counsel of the Global Employment Institute.
