Benjamin is an expert on the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and co-editor of a commentary on the CISG (forthcoming, 2019). He is a lecturer at the University of Zurich for international commercial arbitration and the CISG and taught advocacy classes in Milan.
