Mrs Shavit heads FBC's tax practice and is recognised by international and domestic indices as one of Israel's leading tax practitioners.

Her diverse practice encompasses the complete spectrum of tax matters related to commercial activities in Israel, including income tax, VAT, real estate tax, international tax matters, taxation of provident funds, tax implications of employee benefit plans, compensation packages, and more.

Mrs Shavit plays a significant role in structuring M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions, and in the representation of venture capital and private equity funds in fund formation, investments and other transactions.

Mrs Shavit handles all tax aspects of real estate transaction and matters, as well as litigation on tax related matters. She regularly provides legal opinions on complex and multifaceted tax matters, and has vast experience in leading legislative initiatives in the field of tax. She has vast experience in negotiating and obtaining tax pre rulings from the Israel Tax Authority, and in dealing with the preparation as well as the audits of tax assessments of entities and individuals. She has considerable experience working with governmental and regulatory agencies involved in privatisations and restructurings.

Mrs Shavit provides legal and tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and families with respect to assets and wealth planning, with a particular focus on trust structures and estate issues.

Mrs Shavit’s strategy is to create innovative solutions, tailor-made to her clients' needs, together with a deep commitment to enhance clients' interests.

She served as the co-chair of the tax committee of the Central District of the Israel Bar Association.
