Lotario Dittrich is active in the field of corporate M&A – private equity, and works in particular in connection with the related procedural issues, also at international level. The main focus of his practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on corporate and insolvency matters in Italy and abroad. He also provides assistance to clients before the administrative courts and takes part in arbitration proceedings both as a counsel and as arbitrator.
He has served as associate professor since 2001, and since 2005 he has served as professor of the Law Faculty at the University of Trieste, where he teaches civil procedural law. He also taught at Como and Milan Universities.
Since March 2007 he acted as of counsel to Lombardi Molinari e Associati (now Lombardi Segni e Associati) and he is partner since 2008.
Professor Dittrich is the author of three books and lots of papers and case comments. Mr Dittrich regularly speaks at academic and professional conferences (including postgraduate courses) organised by the governing body of Italian judges and by several professional law associations.
