Hernán Pacheco is the managing partner of EY Law for Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic, as well as director of its M&A and project finance practice groups. His work is mainly in the area of local and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures, corporate structuring, project finance, distribution, agency and franchises, foreign investment and civil and commercial contracts. Given his vast experience spanning more than 25 years in complex international transactions, he has advised local and international clients on the acquisition or sale of commercial and industrial groups with investments in Costa Rica, his home country, and abroad. Additionally, he is adviser and has form part of the Board of Directors of several national and regional companies.
