Who's Who Legal Central America - Banking, Finance & Projects

Gustavo León-Gómez is founding partner of Consortium Legal – Honduras. His main practice is banking with special emphasis in corporate and consumer counseling, advising local and foreign financial entities in regulatory matters, banking operations and local and cross border transactions, including structuring of securities for syndicated loans, project financing, as well as corporate counseling in all a contractual matters, public and private construction agreements, investments, free trade agreements and bilateral and multilateral investments, private-public associations and concessions.

He also has extensive practice in arbitration and litigation and certified member of the first group of arbitrators appointed at the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Industry and Commerce, currently designated arbitrator by Honduras to the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC). Counsel in multiple local and international arbitration processes and before the Central American Court of Justice in matters of communitarian law.
