Denise A Cerasani is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group at White & Case, practising principally in the areas of securities, M&A and corporate finance. Denise has counselled and represented firm clients in a variety of industries and has developed a niche practice devoted to the firm's investment banking clients.
Denise received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984. She received her BA from University of Rochester in 1981.
Denise is recognised in Euromoney (2017), Chambers USA (2017) and Lawdragon (2016) as a leader in the field of mergers and acquisitions.
