Mr Winkler has been involved in many large-scale infrastructure and energy projects in Israel and abroad, including projects concerning the construction and operation of roads, railways, power plants, and renewable energy facilities, such as the Tel Aviv Light Rail project, the Gilboa Pumped Storage Plant, as well as other various energy projects utilising renewable energy technologies and gas infrastructure.
