Sola regularly advises and provides support on corporate finance and project finance transactions. He has led several acquisition engagements from preliminary deal structuring through to post-completion support.

He has advised on the development of new power projects, and on restructuring and privatisation of several brownfield projects across all fuel types – natural gas, coal, hydro, solar and other renewables. His infrastructure experience also includes telecommunications, where he has provided advice for rollout to an operator offering fibre-optic connection in Nigeria’s leading cities, and on the deployment of a network to enable underserved communities to access mobile telephony and internet. He also routinely advises several private equity funds on foreign investment into and divestment from Nigeria.
