A partner in the corporate department, Scott A Barshay is global head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. His practice principally focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, activist defence and other significant corporate matters. Scott also regularly counsels corporations and their directors on securities law, corporate governance and crisis management issues.

In 2015, Scott was included on The National Law Journal's list of M&A Trailblazers.
