Professor Radicati is the founding partner of the successful arbitration and litigation boutique ArbLit and a door tenant at Fountain Court Chambers in London.

He holds the chair of private international law and teaches international arbitration at the Catholic University of Milan.

His practice focuses on commercial and investor-state arbitration. As counsel, he has a vast experience in commercial arbitration in a broad spectrum of cases and has acted in numerous well-known ad hoc and ICSID investor-state cases. He is currently lead counsel in a number of UNICTRAL cases against the Czech Republic under the Energy Charter Treaty and several BITs. He is very active as arbitrator and chairman in high-profile commercial cases under the most important arbitration rules and governing laws in a variety of seats as well as in investor-state (including ICSID) arbitrations. Professor Radicati also appears in court litigation and as an expert on matters of conflicts of laws and jurisdiction, and in the areas in which he practised in the earlier part of his career as partner in two major Italian firms: European law and competition law.

He is the author of five books and over 160 scholarly articles on different topics on arbitration, public and private international law, European Union and antitrust law, and is a co-editor of the leading Italian arbitration law commentary and a frequent speaker and lecturer.

Luca is on the ICSID List of Arbitrators; a member of the LCIA Court; a former member of the ICC Court; a former vice-chair of the IBA arbitration committee; a member and former rapporteur of the ILA committee on international commercial arbitration; a member of the American law institute; and past co-chair of the joint working group of the competition and arbitration committees of the ICC Arbitration Commission on Antitrust Follow-on Actions.
