Who's Who Legal Corporate: Merger & Acquisition

Tino Gaberthüel regularly advises corporates and individuals on all matters of Swiss business law. He is specialised in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including public tender offers, private equity transactions as well as securities and capital markets law. He also advises on regulatory matters (including internal investigations). Tino Gaberthüel is the hiring partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich.

Admitted as an expert to SIX Swiss Exchange for listing purposes, Tino Gaberthüel is also a faculty member of International Business School ZfU, M&A negotiations as well as lecturer of advanced master studies controlling and corporate finance at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences’ institute of financial services Zug IFZ, M&A negotiations.

Tino Gaberthüel graduated from University of Salamanca, Spain (1995) and completed a law degree at the University of Zurich (1997). He obtained an LLM from the Northwestern University school of law (2003) as well as a certificate in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management (2003). Admitted to the Zurich Bar (2000), he joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2004 and has been a partner since 2011. He speaks German, English, Spanish and French.

Tino Gaberthüel is a member of the Swiss Bar Association (SAV) and the Zurich Bar Association (ZAV).
