Who's Who Legal Corporate Immigration

Kevin has represented domestic and international business clients in a wide variety of immigration issues and across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, health providers and financial services. He has particular experience in immigration compliance matters, including I -9, H-1B compliance and prevailing wage issues and defense of government audits.

Kevin is the immediate past chair and current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) DOL liaison committee, and is an elected director on the AILA board of governors. He is also a member of the AILA business immigration response team and the Technology Association of Georgia. Kevin is a co-author of Business Immigration: Law & Practice, 2nd edition, which is a leading treatise on business immigration matters.
