Balz Gross is a partner in and head of Homburger's litigation and arbitration team, which has more than 50 members specialising in international and Swiss dispute resolution services. Balz Gross is also the head of the employment law and executive compensation team, focusing on employment litigation. Balz Gross graduated (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich in 1989 (lic iur) and received his doctorate in 1996. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1995.

Balz Gross's practice focuses on complex domestic and international litigation.
