Bertrand’s recent highlights include advising Marsh & McLennan on its acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson; Rolls-Royce on the sale of its marine business to Kongsberg; DS Smith on its acquisition of Europac; GlaxoSmithKline on its divestment of Horlicks and other consumer healthcare nutrition brands to Unilever; and on its buyout of Novartis’ interest in their consumer healthcare JV; Platts on the European Commission’s investigation into the alleged manipulation of published prices for a number of oil and biofuel products; a major international bank on the forex investigations and a party to the CMA’s audit market study.
