With more than 30 years of experience in IP law, Dr Peter Kather has handled hundreds of IP-infringement cases – with a focus on patent infringement – in the first (regional courts) and second (higher regional courts) instance, and has participated in third instance cases (Federal Court of Justice). He has participated in nullity cases before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the EPO, the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice.
