A disputes specialist, Pardeep was appointed a director of one of the biggest law firms in Singapore when he was only 34.
On 1 March 2019, Pardeep joined Mr Davinder Singh, SC in the setting up of Mr Singh’s own law practice, Davinder Singh Chambers LLC.
Pardeep has a broad and high-quality practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, and international arbitration.
He has advised and acted for high-profile clients including governments, statutory boards, listed companies and high net worth individuals in high value and complex matters involving fraud, breach of directors’ duties and construction, engineering, infrastructure disputes.
He has also handled disputes relating to banking and financial services, professional negligence, public and administrative law, defamation, and employment law.
Pardeep regularly appears before the Singapore Courts and in international arbitrations under various institutional arbitration regimes, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA).
Pardeep has been recognised by his peers in the 2021 edition of the Best Lawyers in Singapore for litigation. In the Future Leaders chapter of WWL: Litigation (2019), he has been described as having a “tremendous understanding of fraud and commercial disputes”.
In 2016, Pardeep was listed as one of Singapore’s 40 most influential lawyers aged 40 and under by the Singapore Business Review. In 2012, Pardeep was a member of a team that won the inaugural Essex Court Chambers/Singapore Academy of Law Moot Competition for Singapore lawyers.
In 2014, he obtained an LLM (distinction) with a specialism in litigation and dispute resolution from University College London.
He is a member of the Law Society’s criminal legal aid scheme and undertakes pro bono criminal work.
