Pamela Hansson is a partner in Kastell's competition department.
Pamela Hansson has nearly 20 years of experience in competition law. Prior to joining Kastell in 2011, she worked at DG Competition of the European Commission and, before that, was a case manager at the Swedish Competition Authority. Pamela advises clients on all areas of competition law and state aid law. She has dealt with a broad range of cases from different markets including telecoms, retail, construction and transport.
Pamela has been counsel in several recent high profile competition law cases in Sweden, including the country's largest private damages claim to date. Her contentious work includes representing clients before the European Court of Justice. Pamela regularly represents clients before the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. She is regularly recommended within competition law by established ranking institutes.
