His recent transactions include advising on the recent acquisition of 13-story office building in Victoria Island, Lagos; advising a science and technology park located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, in the negotiation and execution of a development agreement for the construction of its flagship building; advising one of the oldest and most capitalised life insurance companies in the world, in its acquisition of majority stake in a leading life insurance company in Nigeria; and advising a technology focused venture capital company in its acquisition of equity stake in various technology startups. He also represented a leading smart card manufacturing and personalisation company in Nigeria in negotiating SIM card manufacturing and supply agreements with two of the NCC Unified Access Service Licence holders in Nigeria.
