Oliver founded Euclid Law, an award-nominated and award-winning boutique competition law firm, at the end of 2014. Before he was the global managing partner of the antitrust practice and head of EU public policy at magic circle firm Clifford Chance.
Oliver has a wealth of experience advising on cartels, mergers, behavioural antitrust, competition litigation, state aid across a diverse variety of sectors including banking and finance, insurance, energy, media, telecommunications, transport, and oil and gas. He publishes frequently and is a thought-leader on social media and LinkedIn.
Last year Oliver was involved in a number of high-profile matters, including advising a major investment bank on the EU's FOREX investigation and obtaining a competition law injunction against Google. He also co-authored a study for DG Competition on competition issues in loan syndication.
Oliver has received various accolades, such as inclusion in GCR's "40 under 40" list and The Lawyer's "hot 100" and receiving an ILO Client Choice Award and a GCR award for Behavioural Matter of the Year.
