Nobuhito Sawasaki is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. Mr Sawasaki has been engaged in a wide range of practice areas since he joined the firm in 2001. He has advised domestic and foreign clients on labour law, pension law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, the Personal Information Protection Act and financial regulations.
Recently, Mr Sawasaki has been advising domestic and foreign clients on compliance with labour and employment laws, labour disputes and related matters such as the redundancy process, formulation of working rules and reformation of employee benefits schemes, the Personal Information Protection Act and business licensing issues where his contribution to domestic and foreign clients that handle personal information and proprietary information in the course of their business is invaluable.
