She has practiced EU and UK competition law since 2001 and was made partner in 2006. She specialises in obtaining competition clearance in complex global transactions and has acted on more than 40 significant merger control matters over her career to date whilst maintaining a busy cartel and investigations practice. She has particular expertise in the financial services, retail, healthcare, mining, energy and utility sectors.
She is a top ranked practitioner in Chambers and The Legal 500.
She is vice chair of the City of London Solicitors’ competition committee; a former committee member of the regulatory policy committee within the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and is a regular conference speaker on global, EU and UK competition law issues.
