For the first time, we highlight standout practitioners in the litigation field aged 45 or younger who would otherwise go unrecognised in our listings. As future leaders in the market, they are recognised for their innovative and outstanding work in contentious dispute resolution. At Clifford Chance, Chris Yates excels as a litigator, with particular expertise in data and cyber-related matters. Sources state that he is “excellent” and “one to watch”.

The “excellent” Matthew Bunting of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan boasts a highly developed litigation practice acting for clients on high-value commercial matters including banking, retail and investment.
