Navin Waghe is a “very practical” expert renowned for his adept handling of valuations and lost profits calculations for international disputes.
Navin Waghe is partner and a senior managing director in the FTI Consulting economic and financial consulting practice, based in London. Navin joined FTI Consulting in April 2011.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Navin Waghe joined LECG in January 2004, having spent five years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their assurance and business advisory department. Navin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
During over 20 years in financial analysis and economic consultancy, Navin has undertaken a wide range of assignments globally. His disputes practice focuses on the assessment of lost profits, valuation, forensic accounting, wasted costs and cost allocation. He has worked on matters before the UK High Court and the AAA; UNCITRAL, ICC, PCA and SCC arbitration forums; the Upper Tax Tribunal; and in mediation. Navin is an experienced testifying expert and has given evidence in the High Court, before arbitral tribunals and competition bodies.
Navin is also member of the ICAEW President’s Appointment Scheme for independent expert appointments, and acts as the expert in expert determinations.
