Dr Michael Nueber, LLM, is an attorney-at-law with Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law in Vaduz and Vienna where he mainly specialises in international dispute resolution as well as corporate, foundation and trust law.
In addition, Michael is a member of the national advisory board of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) as well as lecturer on international arbitration at the University of Innsbruck.
Before joining Gasser Partner he held positions at several renowned Austrian arbitration law firms, as well as the position of university assistant at the Institute of Civil and Business Law of the Vienna University of Business and Economics. Michael has been involved in arbitration proceedings dealing with matters related to competition, construction, corporate, energy, private clients, foundations and trusts.
Michael Nueber obtained law degrees from the University of Vienna (master’s degree, 2009; PhD, 2012) and University College London (LLM in competition law, 2017). He is the author of more than 50 legal publications, including a commentary on the Austrian arbitration act as well as a handbook on dispute resolution involving foundations under Austrian law. In addition, he is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops.
