Mr Kaylor has recognised expertise in the fields of tariff classification, customs valuation, duty relief programme, the goods and services tax, and the rules of origin under the North American Free Trade Agreement and CETA.
He represents clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, in these areas with the Canada Border Services Agency and the Canada Revenue Agency. He has an established record of successful resolution of complex trade and commodity tax files. He appears regularly before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He has also pleaded before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mr Kaylor is a frequent speaker at meetings of the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers. He was also a speaker at the 2018 meeting of the International Compliance Professionals Association Managers meeting in Toronto.
