Meghan Spillane is a partner in Goodwin’s securities, white-collar defence and business litigation group and its digital currency and blockchain technology practice. She focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defence, including conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate entities and representing companies and individuals in connection with government investigations and prosecutions. Ms Spillane also advises digital currency and blockchain companies in token sales and in responding to government inquiries.
