Marina Hadjisoteriou is a Partner and she heads the Limassol dispute resolution department of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC, one of the largest law firms in Cyprus.

Her main areas of practice are asset recovery, cross-border commercial litigation, iternational Aarbitration and cross-border insolvency.

Marina has consistently been recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA as a ‘leading individual’ for dispute resolution in Cyprus.

She has also been recommended as an asset recovery specialist and as an insolvency specialist in Cyprus by Who’s Who Legal (WWL).

Marina holds a BSc in accounting and economics (first class honours) and she is a barrister-at-law of the Middle Temple. She is also a fellow (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She is also one of the directors of the Cyprus Arbitration Forum (CAF) and a member of the executive committee of the Russian and CIS Arbitration Network (RCAN)
