Manish is admitted in the Netherlands and England & Wales, specializing in core competition, commercial law and regulatory issues. He has practiced in Amsterdam (since 2006) and London (2002-2006).
He acts for both transacting and opposing parties. His disputes work involves competition damages actions, cross border litigation, international arbitration. He deals with Dutch regulators and the European Commission and has extensive experience in supporting businesses on their contracting, routes to market, supply, pricing, co-operation and acquisition strategies and regulatory requirements.
After working at leading firms (CMS, Clifford Chance and, as a partner, at Eversheds Sutherland and Fieldfisher), in 2021 Manish set up Bahl & Co., a modern progressive firm focusing on quality and successful and sustainable legal solutions in the (post-) Covid-19 and Brexit reality (see www.bahlco.nl for an overview of Manish’s esteemed clients and wins).
