Lucía Olavarría is partner at Quiñones Alayza Abogados, based in Lima (Peru).
Her arbitration practice is combined with her in-depth knowledge of administrative law matters and regulations of the telecommunications, energy and natural gas industries.
Lucía represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations. She also advises investors developing projects on matters related to construction contracts, concessions, investment contracts and claims under investment treaties.
Lucía has been professor of economic administrative law and arbitration at the corporate law master's programme of Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas. Currently, she teaches oral skills at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
Lucía also sits as arbitrator and is registered at the Lima Chamber of Commerce, PUCP and AMCHAM arbitration centers.
Lucía graduated from PUCP in 2005 and obtained an LLM from Harvard Law School in 2010.
