Luca Dal Molin is a partner in the IP/IT; technology/digital economy; and data protection teams of Homburger. He advises clients on all kinds of technology and IT matters, outsourcing projects and IP transactions, and he has broad experience in data protection, privacy and telecommunication law. He regularly advises tech companies and supports the implementation of innovative technology and digitalisation strategies. He also focuses on copyright, trademark, patent and media law. In all areas of his practice, he represents clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings.
Luca Dal Molin is fluent in German and English. He studied law at the University of Zurich and graduated in 2008. After internships at Homburger and as a law clerk, he was admitted to the bar in 2011. He joined Homburger in the same year. From 2014 to 2015, he studied at Stanford Law School where he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in law, science and technology. Luca is registered with the Zurich Bar and admitted to practise at all Swiss courts.
Luca Dal Molin is a member of the most important national and international associations in the field of technology, intellectual property and data protection law (AIPPI, IAPP, INGRES, ITechLaw, LES and SF Swiss Forum for Communication Law) and of the Zurich Bar Association. He frequently speaks and publishes on topics within his fields of expertise.
