Laura has advised banks, corporations, institutional investors, governments and multilateral agencies in the structuring, financing, development and acquisition over 50 major infrastructure PPP/concession projects with investment budgets over $6 billion in 20 countries worldwide.
Laura has worked as an independent expert in the quantification of financial damages in over 20 investment and commercial arbitration cases involving large transport, water, renewable and conventional energy projects worldwide, usually in the context of disputes arising from contractual breaches, regulation changes and construction overruns, among other causes. She has been cross-examined on several occasions.
