Kristoffer Löf is global co-chair of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice group for dispute resolution and a member of the firm’s industry groups for energy/natural resources and infrastructure/construction.
He specialises in arbitration, with experience from a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including telecom, pharmaceuticals, joint ventures, shareholders’ and cooperation agreements, machinery and equipment, licensing, agency and distribution, M&A, etc, and with a particular emphasis on energy/oil and gas, and construction disputes. He has worked on arbitrations under all major arbitral rules (including ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, ICDR and LCIA). In addition to counsel assignments, he regularly sits as arbitrator in commercial disputes.
Kristoffer is a member of the executive committee of the Swedish Arbitration Association; past chairman of Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS); and a member of the advisory board of Stockholm International Hearing Centre.
