Kristina Ljungström is a partner of the disputes-specialist law firm Norburg & Scherp, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Before joining the firm in 2018, she was an associate with a global law firm, working in the Stockholm and London offices and specialising in international arbitration.
Her practice focuses on arbitration and commercial litigation and her experience includes disputes in a wide range of matters and industries, including competition, engineering and construction, energy, real estate, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, licence agreements and sales contracts. Her experience covers domestic and international arbitration proceedings under various international rules, including those of the SCC, ICC, SIAC and UNCITRAL, as well as ad hoc arbitration. She also serves as arbitrator.
Kristina Ljungström is the chair of the board of Young Arbitrators Sweden. She is also a frequent speaker at Swedish and international events and conferences in the field of arbitration, and has been engaged as guest lecturer at Swedish universities, teaching mainly arbitration and construction law.
