Katrin Stamer is the partner of the law firm EmLab Legal Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB Krois Stamer Wendler, an employment and labour law boutique based in Hamburg, Germany. Previously, Katrin was a partner at the labour law firm Gragert Stamer; and, before that, a member of the international employment pensions and benefits group Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Katrin's areas of practice include all aspects of collective and individual labour law, especially labour law in the context of restructuring; transactions; share option plans and other benefits; pension schemes; collective bargaining agreements; data protection; contractual matters; and contentious labour law. Katrin advises and represents international enterprises, board members and other law firms. In the context of acquisitions, she regularly cooperates with numerous M&A boutiques and other international law firms to cover employment law aspects.

Katrin completed her legal education at the Universities of Constance, Cologne and Heidelberg. She holds a law and a doctorate degree from the University of Heidelberg and is admitted to the German Bar.
