Jeremie has exclusively practised international arbitration for close to a decade, representing clients from all continents in numerous disputes, from some of the largest commercial disputes ever submitted to arbitration to smaller matters.
Jeremie has acted as counsel in a wide range of contract disputes in industries including aerospace, automotive, aviation, defence, energy, joint ventures, pharmaceutical, private equity, technology and telecommunications. Jeremie has also participated in several construction arbitrations and gas price reviews. He has advised clients in disputes governed by a variety of substantive and procedural laws, including Algerian, Brazilian, French, New York, Romanian, Spanish and Swiss law.
Jeremie has extensive experience working on commercial arbitrations conducted under the major institutional rules as well as on ad hoc arbitrations (including under the UNCITRAL Rules). He also has significant experience in investment arbitration. His experience includes an internship with the ICC and acting as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.
Before joining Quinn Emanuel in 2014, Jeremie practised international arbitration at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr in London and at Dechert in Paris.
Jeremie graduated with honours from Paris II University (2006). He also holds a master’s degree (cum laude) in international business law from Paris X University (2007) and a master’s degree in international affairs from Sciences Po Paris (2005). Jeremie lectured on comparative law at the London campus of Pepperdine University School of Law and has a keen interest in mentoring interns and younger practitioners.
Jeremie is a member of the Paris Bar. A native French speaker, he speaks English fluently.
